The clock is ticking.
It is December 31st, 2025. As we stand on the edge of a new year, we are being warned: the Superintelligence (ASI) is coming. We likely have one year left before the world changes unrecognizable.
The "godfathers" of AI are split. Geoffrey Hinton suggests we learn to plumb. Yann LeCun is still mocking the current models. Meanwhile, the founders of DeepMind have quietly hinted at the uncomfortable truth: if your job requires nothing but a laptop, you are obsolete.
None of those people in the spotlight give a damn about how normal people survive the coming storm.
But I do. Because I give a damn about my own survival.
The Crash
Two years ago, you might have envied me. Between 2019 and 2023, I raised $4 million for a Metaverse startup. I was a founder. I was "big time."
But I burned through it all. I had to fire my entire team.
My fatal flaw? I’m not a coder.
I relied on others to build my vision. I made rookie mistakes in management and product. I lost my chance to turn things around because I didn't hold the keys to the technology.
So, this May, I made a radical choice. I walked away from a comfortable job at a robotics company. I locked myself in a room. I forced myself to learn AI, Next.js, and Vercel from scratch.
The Zero-Dollar Reality
Let me be brutally honest with you.
As I write this post, my revenue from independent development is $0.00. A big, fat zero.
I am not writing this as a guru who has "made it." I am writing this as a soldier in the trenches who is just starting to fight back.
The Collapse and The Eden
So why am I still here? Why haven't I given up? Because I see two fundamental truths emerging in 2026:

The Old World is Collapsing. Capitalism is being rewritten. AI is the ultimate cheap labor. If you are just selling your time for money, the market value of your time is approaching zero. The old career paths are dead.

We Are Standing in the Garden of Eden. This is the first time in history we have true "Tech Equality." The AI models running on your laptop are the same ones used in the top Silicon Valley labs. AI gives you a mercenary army. If you have the will to create, you are a legion.
The Protocol: 2026
I am turning HowToSurvive.ai into a war room.
I might be broke right now, but I am armed. I have the tools. I have the ShipAny templates (my "shovel" in this gold rush). I have the AI agents.
In 2026, I will document everything. From zero to my first dollar. From a nobody to a survivor. I will show you how to code with AI, how to get traffic, and how to build assets that generate cash while the world burns.
This isn't just my survival log. It’s your battle map.
Why "HaND"?
Finally, a note on my name.
Last summer, I was working as a product lead at a robotics company. During a tunnel inspection, the tunnel collapsed. I was trapped. I almost died that day.
Recovering from that trauma, one sentence healed my PTSD: "How you spend a day, is how you spend a life."
That’s why I changed my name to HaND. H-a-N-D. Have a Nice Day.
Whatever happens in 2027, let’s be brave. Let's fight for 2026.
